荷兰皇家航空公司确认，根据中国民用航空局（CAAC）发布的通知，计划于2022年2月6日和13日从阿姆斯特丹飞往杭州的KL831航班客运服务取消，仅作为货运航班执飞。

已经预订了上述航班的旅客将会收到荷兰皇家航空的相关通知。2022年2月7日和14日从杭州飞往阿姆斯特丹的回程航班KL832航班将会正常载客运营。其余往返中国航班均按照正常计划运营。

荷航对此深表遗憾，并已采取必要的商业措施，以保证旅客出行的灵活性，无论目的地在何处，如需取消或推迟旅行计划，均无须支付改票费。

同时，荷航也坚定地致力于在旅行的每个阶段为客户提供最佳的健康和卫生条件。

KLM confirms that, in accordance with the notification issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), its flights KL831 Amsterdam (AMS) - Hangzhou (HGH) on 6th and 13th February 2022, will be operated as cargo only.

Customers booked on these flights will be informed individually. The return flights KL832 Hangzhou (HGH) - Amsterdam (AMS) on 7th and 14th February 2022, will operate as normal with passengers according to its regular schedule. All other flights to/from China will remain operated as scheduled.

KLM regrets this situation and reminds that commercial measures are in place to guarantee customers flexibility and to allow them to change or cancel their booked trips without having to pay the change fee.
